  • - Incorrect size or selection
    - Orders where the customer provided incorrect shipping information

Refunds or replacements are provided for damaged, defective, or incorrect items where a replacement cannot be fulfilled.

We comply with all applicable consumer protection laws.

All products are made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, we are unable to restock or resell returned items.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • You provide clear photos of the issue

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
